A 745-bed tertiary hospital with complex clinical departments, resilient infrastructure, and extensive international coordination.
The patient-centered hospital includes a Burns Center of Excellence, outpatient podium, 20 operating theatres, emergency, diagnostics, surgical, rehabilitation, ICU, maternity, neonatal, and other departments.
Full MEP and infrastructure services included a 10,000-ton local cooling plant, electrical substations, and 72-hour emergency power and potable-water provisions. Resilience, redundancy, pressure regimes, infection control, maintenance, CAPEX, OPEX, and sustainability were central design considerations.
