A motorsport-themed development combining office, residential, retail, dining, luxury automotive showrooms, and a Formula One environment.
The campus was conceived around a free-flowing aesthetic reflecting the speed and movement of the racetrack. The development brings together multiple uses within one coordinated destination.
Its 38-story office tower incorporated green and energy-saving features while providing views over the pit straight and the wider motorsport environment.
